The software was developed by a Computer Science student. The local
tradition is to copy that work without giving credit. The National
Transport Authority would expect the person to do the work for
free. If it was spending money on such a web service it would not
hire the person to do the work. The result is that really nice
initiatives are not encouraged on this island.
