Several members of the current ICT Advisory Council chipped in ideas on
having a dashboard of information pertaining to ICT in Mauritius.
Avinash in a previous email did mention that the culture had been
different in the previous years. In fact, it is helpful when citizens,
like you, request information as it helps in changing the mindset and
breaking some of the old-fashioned habits.

I do not think in the previous years citizens would engage with
government agencies seeking information in a pertinent manner.

Those reports would help me in my analysis too, and that is why I
capitalized on your initial email to re-send the request to Mr Moutou.
Upon his reply that the reports have been duly submitted to the
"relevant institutions" I sent a further request to the ICT Advisory
Council for consultation and having access to those reports.
