Some members of the Linux User Group of Mauritius (LUGM) participated in
the Open Source Software Policy a year ago. As you know already, three
members of the LUGM are part of the ICT Advisory Council.

I find it a bit weird that there is a tender for a Document Management
System while the it's only 2 years since the government has put
Microsoft Sharepoint in place to serve as a Document Management System
for government agencies.

I downloaded the Bidding Documents from the Public Procurement portal.
You shall find it attached. However, I haven't studied the content yet.
