Hello,

Mr Sin Fat posted a review of a (mobile) application in April. He
even contributed ideas on how to improve the application. There are
very few people in Mauritius who are able to do that and who will do
that for free.

From what I read [1] the IPR of a university student belongs to
his/her university. The usage of an email address from a university
does not mean that the student is representing the university.

There are a few persons who publish research in which they have IPR
on this mailing list. The practice outside Mauritius is to give due
credit to the persons who do that. It seems that the practice in
Mauritius is learning by observing. The result of that practice is
that it is an encouragement not to give due credit.

Regards,
S. Moonesamy
