I was told on the phone by the government officials that I could not
attend as a member of MIU as there were too many MIU members.
So, as a "compromise", they allowed me to attend as a member of the
ICT Advisory Council.
However, I guess that since I was sitting next to SM & Ish, they wrote
"MIU". I don't think that it's the same person who did that.
