Dear Ms Banee,
You mentioned on 28 June 2015 that you have contacted the "concerned
department" and you will revert back to me in the shortest possible
delay. I did not hear anything afterwards.
I notified you earlier that I made my application on 19 June 2015 and I
asked whether applications are handled on a first-come-first-serve basis
or villages are last in the list.
It's been now 11 days and I am still waiting while a colleague who made
the application on 29 June 2015 received today an SMS [1] from Emtel
notifying him that he will be contacted in the "shortest possible time"
for an installation appointment. My colleague lives at Beau Bassin.
I am thus pushed to believe on the strategy whether I will have to wait
till Emtel receives more applications from Providence before their
installation team decides to contact me.
