Hello Nadim,
I just called Emtel to enquire about relaying for the Airbox.The technician told me that the dish antenna relays signals to 5 stations across the island and no, the stations do not relay to any satellite.
I have inquired about the latency too but she (yes she) was not able to answer me saying that I have to go one of their showrooms to try it.

I believe the latency between the sender and Emtel shouldn't be bad but still it's wireless communication between the two ends.

Emtel will not use geo-stationary satellites. They will use cell phone towers instead, if I'm not wrong.
