In my opinion it is a good initiative. I would prefer if Ish does
not do a presentation about Item 4 as we have not discussed about
that topic on the mailing list. Item 4 is a very delicate
topic. With all due respect, I don't think that Ish fully
understands what he will be getting into and the future consequences.

I suggest having the following as Item 4:

    Local Internet Community v/s Mauritian culture

I doubt that there is a good understanding of the notion of consensus
and why there is an emphasis on transparency.
