This is nothing to do with mindset. Do you agree to a decision
process where there isn't any information about how the decisions are
taken? Do you agree that everything should be keep secret and that
the members of your group are not allowed to know what you discussed
and what you agreed to?

Do you believe that it is good to take decisions based on irrational
or flawed thinking?
