In my opinion the above would be a good argument ten years

I doubt that small businesses in Mauritius are still winners when
they move to Open Source Software. I read

there is some confusion about Google Chrome being free and open
source software.

I suggest that you both put your ideas together and choose an
approach to follow. I do not think that an approach I might think of
with would be better than yours.
