Can I see the test which you did?

You mentioned "large latency". In the above you are commenting about
something else. In my opinion, those cases are not handled at the
kernel level. It does not follow a principle which used to be
followed for internet achitecture.

Yes, there is a well-known company which has been trying to break the
TCP (technical) specifications with its "improvements" to TCP.

Although I agree with your point I don't see what can be done as
there isn't any interest in getting feedback outside Europe and North
America. I have participated in protocol discussions for some
time. I'll leave it to determine whether it is easy or not to
participate in protocol standardization.
