I have already verified whether my line is eligible or not and whether La
Fibre is offered in my area or not.
You didn't answer my initial questions, but I can also see from the link
you provided, after verifying eligibility and while trying to subscribe,
that there are packages without opt-in for TV [1]. I quote the prices:

TV). *Can
we assume that the additional Rs150 we are paying is for MBC TV licence
fee, or part of it*?
