A few months ago, I sent a message to the mailing list to ask about
web access to the mailing list. A person on this mailing list asked
for public archives. Nobody said anything against that.

Is it a problem if people in Mauritius discuss about the internet in
Mauritius publicly?

Last month, there was a message to the mailing list requesting the
subscribers to introduce themselves if they are interested in
contributing to discussions about the internet in Mauritius. I will
leave it to Shelly to explain this part.
