I attempted to use the web page at
https://www.emtel.com/mobile-phones/ to compare mobile phones. It
was frustrating as the checkboxes are automatically unticked. I
would like to know when the web site problem be fixed as I can then
decide whether it is worth waiting or whether to find another web
site to compare mobile phones.
I do not understand why emtel.com needs a contact number to provide
better assistance. Would it be a problem for emtel.com to provide
assistance by email?
