Logan is an OpenBSD developer. You have been actively advocating for
Open Source Software for free. The government hired two foreigners
to write a draft about "open source". Does that send a negative
signal to Logan and you? Yes. This is where Logan and you decide to
leave the island as the government or companies in Mauritius are not
interested in retaining your skills.

If the government agencies responsible for information technology are
excited about hiring foreign consultants, is there any work left for
their local staff?
