Hello Dave,

I had the same problem. Orange will argue that the routing are 'automated'.
But I also know that they can force your route to a particular server. In
my case, after i complained that my connection(latency) to the Valve Sea
server(sgp-1.valve.net) was very crappy, they successfully forced MY
connection's routing to THAT server. So I get 90-130 ms instead of 400ms.
I'm not sure about the technicalities, but the nice Orange Twitter guy
helped me with that(thanks by the way). The call center guys will have no
idea what to tell you if you ask these stuff).
