Email delivery failures with smtp.ios.mu

Hello,

There were email delivery failures for mail sent to smtp.ios.mu This
also affects email which was sent to the devconmru.org domain. The
error occurred because the Exim Retry Database on smtp.ios.mu might
be corrupted.
