This is poor service and not worthy of being called a company having
service quality standards. The manner in which they responded itself is
completely innapropriate.
I was among the first to congratulate and applaude this company for their
competition and social presence.

Well now count on me to spread negative word of mouth as well as stating
the truth to those I know. I wouldn't advise anyone to make purchases there
unless their attitude and behaviour changes to a more professional one.(sue
me on that and for being an adolescent if you want btw)

Professional does NOT mean serious or trying to sound all big or
threatening to sue people, sometimes a friendly attitude and being helpful
to those querying your company is enough.

Kind Regards
