There is the following sentence in the news article:

   "Les retracer ne devrait pas être chose difficile pour les professionnels
    du NCB et l’ICTA."

Are you asking whether it would be nearly
impossible for the "professionals" of the NCB and
ICTA to trace a person who puts on document on
wikipedia.org or are you asking whether it is
possible to trace a person who puts on document on wikipedia.org?
