The following is from another ccTLD:
"In line with giving back to the local Internet community, Governmental
ministries, in [removed] are all entitled to free domain name registration
under the .gov.[ccTLD]"
I don't know whether the government is aware of the above.
In a comment to a government official I said that the discussions
about .mu issues have been going on since seven years. One of the
problems mentioned in a report from government was the "low public
responses to these [.mu] proposals which were not representative
enough of the views of the local Internet community".
It is high time that the .mu issues are resolved if people are to
rely on ".mu" in daily life.
