Dear Sir/Madam/Miss,
Following the release of the proposal that the ICT Authority released recently, while the consultation paper provides an overview on what is the issue and what is the proposed solution. As a technical person, I find that more explanation is needed on how the proposed toolkit will operate. I do understand that it has been omitted from the proposal in order to appeal to a broader audience. Therefore, I am humbly requesting if you could provide me with a more technical elaboration on how the proposed toolkit will operate.
