Item 10 in the ICTA F.A.Q mentions Netclean Whitebox though. I quote:
« The NetClean WhiteBox solution uses a URL black list containing the
addresses of sites that are to be filtered. This URL filtering list
emanates from the Internet Watch Foundation (IWF), a non profit
organisation that is widely recognised as one of the best in the
world at managing a URL list of CSA sites coupled with the Interpol
blacklist. »
