The last communication I had with CERT-MU was in July 2017 to ask about the
CERT-MU's Botnet Tracking and Detection as mentioned in an ITU document
https://www.itu.int/dms_pub/itu-d/opb/str/D-STR-GCI.01-2017-PDF-E.pdf on
page 26. A search on CERT-MU's website gave no information on the subject.

I received no reply to my email. I am not comfortable with CERT-MU being
given such extensive powers to spy on any computer resource within the
Mauritian territory.
