I saw several websites picking up the story. US-CERT in 2012 published a
paper [1] about « Technical Trends in Phishing Attacks » which was
revised in February 2013. The paper mentions International Domain Names
(IDN) Abuse and a proof-of-concept that was already made public back
in/around 2002.
