Video buffering on parliamenttv.govmu.org

Dear Sir/Madam,

My web browser shows a video buffering sign while I watch
https://parliamenttv.govmu.org It is difficult for me to follow the
debate in the National Assembly because of that. Is there a problem
with the video server?
