Dear Sir/Madam,

A Mauritius Telecom employee called me this afternoon about the
complaint which I made about slow internet access. I was asked to
phone the Call Centre about the problem. The Mauritius Telecom
employee at the Call Centre asked whether my internet access was
still slow and I replied that it was working correctly at that
moment. I tried to access www.lexpress.mu and www.bbc.co.uk a few
minutes ago and my web browser displayed the web site very
slowly. It is stressful to experience those technical problems.

The Mauritius Telecom employee at the Call Centre told me that the
technical team is another department and it was not possible to put
me in contact with them. I was puzzled by that. Does Mauritius
Telecom offer technical support to its customers when there is an
internet access problem?
