No, a phone conversation, even if it resolves the matter does not leave
you with a copy of the complaint and resolution. Emails do. To be fair I
have complained about my internet connection to Mauritius Telecom over
the phone and the resolution was faster. However, I admit that such a
complaint would not add up to the stats of the regulator, i.e the ICT
Authority.
