I did a test a few minutes ago and my web browser displayed the following:

I visited http://wwww.govmu.org/ and the web browser displayed
content which is similar to what are in the above screenshots:

The IP address for the govmu.org web sites displayed in the
screenshots is 202.123.27.113.
