According to the BOI there are 420 local companies in the ICT/BPO industry.

The news article states that there are approximately 600
"startup". The Review states that there are around 35% of "start up
within the IT outsourcing segment". That would approximately 263
companies. The figure which the CTO provided do not seem correct.
