Dear Sir/Madam,

A user reported a problem accessing the "Answers to Oral Question
2015" at
http://mauritiusassembly.govmu.org/English/Pages/Answers/PQ-Oral/2015/Answers-to-Oral-Questions-2015.aspx
I clicked on one of the links on that webpage (
http://mauritiusassembly.govmu.org/English/Pages/Answers/PQ-Oral/2015/pqans10february2015.pdf
) and a "Sign In" webpage was displayed in my web browser.

Are the oral answers to Parliamentary Questions publicly accessible
to citizens of Mauritius? If that is the case, why is a "sign in"
required to access the PDF document?

I read another report about http://mauritiusassembly.govmu.org which
showed the a "NotTimeValid" error. Is it a configuration error on
the server side or is it a web browser error?

Regards,
S. Moonesamy
