AFRINIC Privacy Statement

Hello,

According to Section 8 of AFRINIC Privacy Statement, "All pictures
taken by AFRINIC during any AFRINIC event will be considered as
AFRINIC's property and may be used for advertising purpose for
AFRINIC events and not for any commercial pursuit". I would like to
have some information to decide whether to agree to Section 8. What
are the implications if my photo is considered as "AFRINIC's property"?
