Dear Mr Usmani,
I am currently working on assessing the risks of computer security
incidents for a local company. I noticed that the Mauritian National
Computer Security Incident Response Team (CERT-MU) published some
"banner statistics" [1] for August 2016. It could be considered as
shallow work if the risks were only based on non-local statistics or
percentages of incidents for the last month. Would it be possible
for CERT-MU to send me the monthly number of reported incidents with
a breakdown by type of incident from January 2015 to August 2016?
From what I understand, it is the policy of the Government of
Mauritius to follow general Open Data guidelines and to publish all
data collected, edited by government organizations. I would be
grateful if the data could be provided in a technical format which
allows for further analysis.
