Phishing example in CERT-MU presentation

Dear Mr Reechaye,

I saw a presentation [1] by the Computer Emergency Response Team of
Mauritius. One Page 9 of the presentation there is an image of a
message. How can a home user find out whether that message was a
phishing attempt as indicated in the presentation?
