Would a company which is providing IP addresses for a fee benefit
from the message which you sent? If that is the case, I suggest that
the employees of the company consider whether a disclosure is appropriate.
A non-subscriber does not have the privilege to use the mailing list
to advertise his/her blog article by including it in a message to the
mailing list. It is unlikely that such a message will be relayed to
the mailing list, especially if the message originates from a free
email address. It is unlikely that any future message will be
relayed to the list unless there is an adequate reply to the questions.
