To me, it seems like Emtel did not understand Logan's question. Emtel's
replies mentions a static IP whereas my understanding is that Logan asked
for his Internet account to be assigned a public IP address that is unique
to him for the duration of his connection session. I am with Orange Fiber
and I have a dynamically-addressed public IP address. This has been the
case since I had an internet connection with Mauritius Telecom, either it
being in the old days of dialup modem or ADSL.
