It is inefficient to do a manual reset of an email password when
there is a hundred email accounts or more.

In my opinion it is not helpful to do
https://online.uom.ac.mu/student/recoverpasswordA.asp as:

   (a) It causes an inconvenience as the student has to call in person.

   (b) It creates unnecessary work for the helpdesk.

   (c) There is a Rs 50/- fee.
