I lodged a complaint to Orange on 6 March 2016 18h10 notifying them of
ping reports of ~4000ms and asking them to investigate. I received the
following reply instantly:
We acknowledge receipt of your email.
We will take note of the contents therein and will be reverting to you
at the earliest.
Thanking you.
Note that the message says *reverting to you at the earliest* and it's
been now 3 days since I am waiting for an answer.
