Re: Not allowed to connect to govmu.org mail servers

Hi,

When contacting spandoo_at_govmu.org concerning the "Council Reports for
the year 2015"[1], I received an error saying that the recipient's
mailbox was full[2]. Do note that spandoo_at_govmu.org was CC'd.
