Security implications

Hi Ish,

I watched the video. Last year, Professor Robert Carmona-Borjas
published a news article about Mauritius.

Would a company take a decision by assuming that someone else
assessed the security implications? It goes against the non-local
security practices I am familiar with. However, I would not be
surprised to hear that's how it is done in Mauritius.
