First of all I'd like to say that a front-end developer is not a graphics
designer. Hence the basic responsibilities of a front-end developer are:

- Code HTML
- Code CSS
- Code Javascript.

He/she should also know a bit of Photoshop/Fireworks for "slice and dice"
exercise (PSD to HTML).


I'll write some more during the week-end.
