Dear Ms Bhatoolaul,

Thank you for the acknowledgment.

It has been over 24 hours since I notified Mauritius Telecom that
www.economist.com cannot be accessed by customers on its network. I
would be grateful if Mauritius Telecom could inform me when it will
revert back to me and provide some information about what it has done
to fix the problem.
