Yes. I believe they will be interested. They may offer many services. Since
there will be no capping for the 100Mbps local access (we Mauritians will
be happy to have it), the service providers will already have a large
client base (100Mbps users) at their disposal!

Service providers having servers locally also means creation of jobs
locally.
