Why would ict.io want the Mauritius Internet Users (MIU) as partner?

It's a good idea to have an emblem for the Mauritius Internet Users,
keeping in mind that, this year, hopefully we will register MIU as an
association. :) Fingers crossed. Oops! I owe some homework in this regard.
