Hello Vincent,

I think that you are right in the sense that the direction where Mauritius
is heading is a good one in terms of entrepreneurship and angel investment.
However, presently, it is still a hard road ahead for most startups to find
capital and to educate local businesses about cloud services (a lot of
businesses are still skeptical about this).

I am however very optimistic about the coming years for local
entrepreneurs. For one thing, I think that if things are not changing
quickly enough, then we as entrepreneurs, will have to find ways to make
things move more quickly and stop complaining about them, :-)
