Captchas are used on forms, not archives / lists.


Well, spammers will find your email address in one way or another (connoted
from [1]). Either we use a different email address for mailing lists as
suggested here [2], or "THE REAL SOLUTION is to build and use mail-reading
tools that learn the reader's preferences, discarding or de-prioritizing
mail that the reader is unlikely to care about. Every person can choose
what tool(s) they want to use to read their email." [3]
