Dear Mr Sharma,

I am neither a journalist nor a prospective partner. The reason why I asked you about the 'etoile travel card' is because I usually travel by the Rose Hill Transport. I don't know if your reply to such questions will be given only to journalists or prospective partners. I just asked them as a curious Mauritius Internet User who read about the services your company provides.

I would like to thank you for forwarding my queries to Mr Dany Ramana as he was able to explain what "JV" and PEX" mean. He also explained why the "etoile travel card" is still on the website. I was surprised to read your reply as it seems that the website is not meant to be read by people who travel by Rose Hill Transport.

Kind regards,
Miss Shelly Hermia Bhujun

Dear Mr Sharma,

Thank you for the prompt reply.

>The Etoile project was a JV wiith PEX.
Could you please explain what 'JV wiith PEX' mean?

>This collaboration had been terminated.
Thank you. Why is the service 'etoile travel card' still available on the website if it has been terminated? I did not see any article or information regarding the termination of this project on your website. Could you please shed some light regarding this issue?

>You are most welcome to get in touch with the project coordination Dany Ramana, who is copied in this mail. He will be reverting back to you shortly.
Thank you.

Subject: RHT Ltd etoile.mu service Dear Sir/Madam,
There has been a lot of media coverage regarding the Rose Hill Transport Ltd new service known as 'Smart Line'. I have been reading the articles published and went on the RHT website (http://www.rht.mu/) to learn more about the promising services the Government has been talking about. Unfortunately there seems to be a problem while trying to access the following page: http://www.etoile.mu/ . I would really like to learn more about this new service. I sent an email to the Mauritius Internet Users Mailing List to confirm if I was the only one facing that issue and I learned that this domain name has been expired since August 2013.

It raises doubts about the credibility of the company when the positive media coverage about the "smart line" is not matched by what the company offers to its customers through its website. I hope that Rose Hill Transport Ltd will be able to fix this issue.
