I was reading this article on Défi

There is a service which RHT apparently offers but I cannot access the webpage. Could you please confirm if this is a general issue or am I the only one facing this problem?
In order to access the 'Etoile Card' web page you will need to go on the Rose Hill Transport Website- Services- Etoile Card.
