Here is the ping output I got:

   64 bytes from 103.28.54.2: icmp_seq=3 ttl=52 time=83.769 ms
   64 bytes from 103.28.54.2: icmp_seq=4 ttl=52 time=83.998 ms

You mentioned that: "Right now ping rises to 300-400 which puts us at
a disadvantage to our opponents". There are two or three persons who
consider the latency as a problem.
