I'm in Grand Bay, in my office, with MyT 30M (La Fibre). I do not have any
issues with Facebook being slow. My speedtest results:

Moreover, when I did a Facebook diagnostics [1], I got the following:
Latency Test: okay (378.4ms)
Bandwidth Test: okay (262144B, 1441ms: 1.388Mbps)
