I have La Fibre 10M and since I have consumed all my 50GB yesterday, I was
downgraded to 1Mbps. I did a test some 1hr ago (after reading your mail).
Here's my result:

I'm having 94% download speed and 100% upload speed (on what MT advertised).
You are having 40% download speed and 60% upload speed (on what MT
advertised). I'll let you decide if it's acceptable to you or not.
